Big O Tires

Very happy with service at Big O in Rolla.

I can in for a simple oil change and tire balance, and explained to the associates that there was a shake/ rumble in my 2017 Ram 1500 when I exceeded 65 mph. The associates completed the oil change/ service and were all very helpful and determined to fix the issue. Tires were then rotated and balanced, they checked over everything and tested it out and still had the issue, so they continued doing everything they could. The truck drives great and every single employee kept me updated throughout the process.

Very friendly, and prompt service got right in and out very quickly on our inspection.

The management (Shannon and Andrew) do a great job. I made an appointment ahead of time for an alignment check. It was done promptly, efficiently, and professionally. My tire pressure was also checked. Even though they were very busy, everyone was polite and respectful. Thank you.

Came in for a flat repair which was done quickly and well. Also asked about when I would be needing new tires, and recommended tires based upon my driving needs. Got very helpful answers to all questions. I know some Big O locations don't have a good reputation but this one is well managed. Both my wife and I use this as our primary go to for tire needs.

Came in with tire with bent rim did wait about 10 min for someone to come to desk from the shop but the clerk seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying 2 tires getting mounted and rotated to front in a relatively short time Employees were friendly and also let me know about another tire having bent rim too. I appreciate it and that they could bend out as it wasn't too bad

It was a pleasant trip to Big O tires of Rolla Mo. Staff was polite and i was told there was foing to be a wait. I told them that was fine. 2 minutes later my car was in the shop. Ok did i miss something?? " what wait." It took longer for my phone to update than it did for them to finish putting 4 tires on. Thanks Big O of Rolla

Fast and friendly

I called them to get a comparison price on a set of tires that had been quoted for me by a local car dealer. Although their price for that tire was higher, they actually had a Michelin tire with a better quality rating for a lower price! I made an appointment and they had the change completed in about 45 minutes.

Big O is the best! I had a low pressure reading on the way to work. Shannon scheduled me an appointment when I could slip away from work. My tire was fixed quickly, efficiently, and for no charge because I have a protection program for the tires. Thank you 😊.
