I am moving in a few days and I needed work done on my Pickup immediately. Everywhere else in town said it would be at least a week to get me in. Big O had a full garage but was able work me in and completed the work that same day. I am extremely grateful for there understanding and there quick work to get my truck back on the road in time for our move.

The associates also gave me a military discount. I appreciated the friendliness.

We were traveling to St. Louis, got a flat tire, and stopped at the gas station next door. We walked to Big O, and explained what happened. Bryan, at the counter, quickly sent Tyler on a special mission to help us. Tyler brought a Jack and tools to help us assess the situation. He then put the donut on for us. We drove over to Big O and we’re quickly taken care of. The whole process took less than an hour. We are so happy with the service we received and our two new tires!!! Thanks team!!!

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The place was clean and the employees were clean and polite as well as professional in their communications with me.

Pulled in, dropped off tire to be replaced and was out of there with new tire in 15 minutes and got all the information I asked for from they guys at the desk. They took time to answer and research some info on a new set of tires while I waited for my tire to be changed.

This time was a flat repair on the old "War Horse" 88 Bronco. (6 inch lift) Benny always has a smile and good humor no matter what. I keep coming back because he is there.

The staff was very friendly and scheduling an appointment was simple. The service was completed by the stated time and I received a text once it was complete. Very simple process.
