Had car problems and was lucky enough to hit the Big O exit off Hwy 44. Jeremy and Chuck were great to work with and had me back on that road in a few hours. Thank you!

A man helped me figure out how to get my tires on a payment plan which was a blessing because it was an emergency.

I had my car towed 35 miles to them. Ryan, Shannon, and Dakota are the best. They keep my two vehicles (one 15 years old and one 10 years old) on the road. They are polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you for all they do!

Demario and the other team members stayed past closing time to make sure I could safely drive home. I live 80 miles away from St Robert and that is the only reason why I will not be returning to that store. Demario texted me to make sure that I was satisfied and everything was okay. I trust Big O to get me the tires I need and get them installed without issue every time. My wait time may have been a little longer than expected, but the shop was very busy and they installed tires they had to order for me. No other shop I spoke to could even get them in that quickly.

I went to Walmart first because it was supposed to be cheaper, but after almost 3 hours waiting for new tires, they informed me that they could not do anything because they didnt have my car tires. Big O Tires went above and beyond to make sure I had new tires on my car because I had one tire that was showing wires and it was closing time for them. They were wonderful people. For me the ONLY place I will go is Big O tires. Thank you all very much and I will be back very soon. Lol 1 more tire to go. Thank you all again and God Bless
