The shop is close to home and the counter staff are very knowledgeable about their products and services. Now the shop area of this store needs some attention as far as clutter and cleanliness. A clean shop is also a safe shop !

I took a tire in to get the Valve Stem replaced. Before I was done I had replaced the other 3 valve stems on my 3 remaining trailer tires, and put 6 new tires on my truck. I'm happy because none of it was high pressure, just consultative. The guys at Big O in Camdenton seemed truly interested in my safety and taking care of potential issues down the road (literally). They were polite, they were fun and the store had great wireless internet so I could work while they took care of my tire needs. I'll use them again for all my tire needs....

Both front desk employee's where knowledgable, friendly and professional. Wasn't sure how long it would take, no appointment, just unlucky running over a 3 inch piece of metal that flattend my tire. The wait time was very reasonable.

I've been going to Big O for the last two years. They respect my decisions on what I need with my car. They are not pushy. They ALWAYS ask to fix something And never without my knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I appreciate the honesty when I asked, whether or not an alignment should be done. They showed me the reason why they don’t think that I need an alignment and therefore saved me an expense that i did not need.

I always go to Big O for oil changes. The service is great, and I'm confident that they do quality work.
