Service was excellent. My tire was replaced and I was promptly on my way.

Very friendly staff. Professional. I watched Stephanie deal with a woman who was frustrated, not with Big O but with her tow service and dealership. Stephanie was patient and professional and was able to walk her through the process.

Excellent service, as always. One of your servicemen called to explain the problem--I took my car in for an alignment--and he called to let me know what part was needed, how long it would take and the total cost for the work so there wouldn't be any additional surprises when I went to pick it up. Upfront with the price and kept to that amount, the work was done well.
