Have always been satisified with the staff at Big O tires in Camdenton, MO. Friendly to the extreme, get me taken care of on time and keeps me informed. There was an lady cleaning the store as I waited, I was impressed.

They found the vibration in the car. Had a part in another town. Drove there to get it. Fixed it. Oil change, and 2 new tires. Service was excellent. Joey was superb. Many thanks for all the work!

Overall I love big o. I was there way to long for a scheduled appointment time. The manager on duty was excellent and handled me very well. The assistant manager in the bay area was great also. I trust you guys and understand when they let me know they were short staff. That explained the wait time. Very happy with the service 😀 🙌.

Friendly staff, and they explained what the issue was with my car. As a woman it can be uncomfortable going to have my car worked on but I didn't feel that way at Big o..they did a great job.

Everyone is always very friendly behind the counter. This last time when I arrived to pick up my car I waited for 10 minutes and no one came to check me out. Finally I called the store number from my cell phone and someone came out from the back room where he was obviously trying to eat his lunch, which I am OK with since it was noon- but there should be some kind of bell or video (or relief for him that he could eat) that he can respond to customers when they come in. Otherwise I am usually happy with my service.

I really appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the staff. I really like the tires that I purchased. My car rides so smoothly and quietly now.

Big O made tire purchasing, simply, easy, and fast. It was a snowy day and I knew I was way overdue for tires and they got me in the same day! The price was reasonable, but the service was excellent!

I had just bought the vehicle I brought in, and took it to a GMC dealership and was told they couldn't do the alignment unless I put the struts back to factory, but y'all were able to get the job done without any issues whatsoever..
