Service and communication was excellent

I went to Big O Tires in Osage Beach because I was having trouble getting my truck taking gas while trying to fill up. I was helped by Quent Reed. It didn't take him long to diagnose my problem and had the parts there shortly thereafter. The problem was fixed and I haven't had anymore troubles filling my truck. Thanks Quent and Big O Tires in Osage Beach.

Everyone seemed to be working hard to take care of my car and get me back on the road. I was really relieved to get my car serviced, and I knew I wouldn't encounter any issues after I left. They also told me I should start looking for some new tires, but I knew that was coming and wasn't surprised by their recommendation. I was also happy to find I could fix myself a cup of coffee while I waited. It had been a long day for me and I needed that cup of coffee...lol.

The Big O Tire in Osage Beach is very professional, informative and friendly. Bailey explained to us that we needed a new battery. The guy behind the desk (I think Darrel) is very nice too. This is the only place we go for these services.
