Big O Tires

Very busy but worked us in.

I don’t make an appointment and pulled into the Osage Beach location after work noticing my tire pressure in one tire was extremely low. They told me it would be a bit because they had people before me. Which I totally understood because that is how it works without an appointment. I wait quite a while but it was expected. They were very kind and after they were finished they gave me my souvenir…a giant screw! They told me I was good to go, without paying because I was so patient. That was very unexpected but I appreciated it so much! Will definitely be back!

Great service as always. Wish they would have went over on what they did to my vehicle at the end. Since I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and alignment guy never told me if they did it didn't

I was able to bring in my vehicle the same day I called and it was diagnosed and repaired in a few hours.

Very quick and easy

My daughter was visiting from Illinois when her low tire sensor lit up when we got in the car that morning. I told her to bring it to Big O & they would take care of her. You never disappoint me, you all were wonderful. Checked all tires, found a screw in one of her tires & repaired the tire. My daughter mentioned how professional & courteous you all were. Brandi was great to get me checked in quickly, and even though I made an appointment, I was early and they we able to get started right away. It didn't take long and I was back out the door.

Quentin was amazing! Guided me through choosing my new lift kit, wheels, and tires. We was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience and I'm so happy with how my truck looks!

I like to see two, that I know of, mechanics, have been there quite a long time. Tells me that their just getting more knowledgeable at their young age, as mechanics, which makes me feel comfortable taking my car there, And I hope Big O company will pay decent wages to keep the good people that are in the Osage Beach Big O. Derek the manager I think does a excellent job. The other counter guys are excellent.

Big o tire is an exceptional place to take a vehicle! Very dedicated technicians and counter people! Very easy to understand and communicate with! They are very caring and dedicated to customer service! And would not let anybody else do any maintenance on my vehicle! Big o is top notch excellent

I had tire problem. A slow leak. I was in and out within 45 minutes with repaired tire. There was no charge since I had purchased the tires there.
