We live in Southwest Springfield and we drive to the Northeast side of Springfield to have our vehicles serviced here. I cannot count how many other Car tire / repair shops we pass on to get to BIG O Tires on Glenstone.

I went in a few days ago (without an appointment) because I was having an unexpected issue with my tire. They were able to fit me in and get everything fixed in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and never pushy. I live on the south side of town, but I make it a point to come to Big O when I'm having car issues.

Very patient, friendly, and explained fully what they were doing with my car and what costs meant what. Didn't feel at all pressed to make one choice or another. Given I'm still learning how to maintain my car, this was an invaluable experience and I thank the boys at Big O Tires for being so thorough.

Everytime i go to my local Big O i leave happy. The guys on republic road have it down. Even for advice on other services they dont offer, i trust these guys. Very professional and always helpful.

The store managers and employees have always been great to spend a little extra time to explain the recommended services and repairs.
