They were able to give me same day appointment. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Joe and the team always do great work with a great attitude. I trust them and send my college aged daughter there for car maintenance and repairs.

We have had 4 cars in their shop in the past 2 weeks. They have taken care of all of our needs in a fast, friendly, and affordable manner, while making sure that are vehicles were safe to drive.

They were so fast!! Dustin A was a huge help. He explained the differences in the 3 different tires I was interested in to help me make a decision. He also helped me after the sale with a price issue to complete satisfaction. I'll be back for more tires from this location!!!

I took my daughter's car in to get two tires. Marvin did a wonderful job helping me out. He pointed out the best options for the budget she had. Marvin, imo, went above and beyond he job duties and did a fantastic job with customer service. Marvin is the type of guy who is professional but you can also joke around with. This the second car I have taken to them within the month and I am very pleased with their service. The technician's let's you know the condition and safety of the car and makes recommendations accordingly.

The employees were very apologetic when I had to wait over 2 hrs. A oil filter had to be ordered and took alot longer than expected. Manager was super nice.

I made my appointment online. I arrive a little before my appointment time. They took my car right in. I was in a hurry (I did not tell them this) as I was pressed for time. They have me in and out in less than 45 mins. I was very impressed the speed and professionalism. I will be back. You just won me over after years of only using discount tire.

Every time we have used this Big O site on Glenstone, they have been super great. Explain what all they are doing and friendly. Have not used any other site as this is close to home and employees are fantastic.

I was greeted when I arrived. They set me right up for a service to my car. I received text messages and email letting me know the car was ready. They took me to work and picked me up when the car was ready. Thank you!!!

They did the work in the time they said they would. They kept me apprised of the progress. They shared what they found to be the problem. I would definitely go back.

Dustin and everyone their at that location was super helpful. They explained everything to me in a way I can understand and I don't talk car-language. But these guys did a wonderful job. I did not have an appointment but had me out of there within an hour and a half. And even told me to wait to get my brakes changed out bc they wanted me tl get the most out of what I already had. They listened to my concerns about not being from here and told me that I should come in again when the first snows come so I can make sure my battery will be alright. I appreciate their work ethic. All around great group of people
