Most recent visit was a check-up prior to a trip of nearly 2,000 miles. Everything necessary was checked over and questions about mileage were answered in a satisfactory way. We were very appreciative of the service we received. Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment, and I was late and they still were able to get me in pretty quickly and took care of all my request.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They explained in detail everything. Offered suggestions and gave me options. They didn't charge me for anything they didn't perform. They went through the checklist point by point with me. They are very thorough. I came in with a noisy car and felt very unsafe. After service I felt safe in my car again and the gawd awful noise was gone! Please pass this on to them! It was much much appreciated.

College daughter’s car check engine light was on. She took it to 2 places and one told her she needed to buy a new car. She then took it to Big O and the issue was remedied immediately. Relieved Big O took care of her.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I went to a Chevorlet dealer first. They wanted to replace my back "pads"�. Well since I have shoes on the back I left there and went to Big O.

I was visiting my son in Springfield MO as he goes to college down there and I needed my oil changed and he called and they said they could get me in, and they did. So left with him to run an errand and then came back and they mentioned i need to get brake pads put on but wasn't necessary at the time and i live 3 1/2 hours away from Springfield or I would have had them replace them, but it was late and needed to get going but was grateful that they did my oil change as quick and efficient as they did. Was impressed. Heath Jackson was whom i dealt with and he was good deal with, and there was another guy that i assume was the manager, didn't get his name but he sure knew what he was doing...
