Big O Tires

I was dreading getting new tires, but Kevin was super friendly and took all the worry away, and the price was great!

Friendly staff provided a service on older vehicle often times other places try add on sales that are unnecessary.

As we know the wind blows and so do tires. We got the opportunity to visit both your stores in Jefferson City on Wednesday 7 August, due to 2 blows outs on our camper. In those visit we did find the MO Blvd store has a little better customer service than your Jefferson St store (realizing Jeff St is busier).

We normally go to the Jefferson St Big O but they were booked. On short notice we were able to receive and oil change and 4 new tires (below quote) in less than 2 hours. Brooke was outstanding. Thank you.

Kevin provided great service when I took my truck in for a state inspection. The original estimate for steering joint work was expensive but needed. He called me later with good news that after further check they were able to cut the bill in half....very good news.

Honest people

I went in to get an oil change; and the attendants told me and showed me that I needed 2 new tires. They were not pushy, or aggressive, just felt it was their opportunity to explain the issue. I did buy the tires, plus an alignment, and the felt better driving it.

Needed a tire as I blew out the side of my front passenger side tire. They didn't have the exact tire that I needed but they sold me a tire so that I could get back on the road and get back home. They gave me superb service could not ask for more. They are almost comperable to Firestone in Springfield. Now they are really mechanics wearing angel wings.

this group has provied a continued support - this past spring I needed tires before going on a long trip. I was seeking to purchase other tires from another company that fell through. I call Big O and they were able to assit and jumped me in right away. They provide great support
