Big O Tires

I got an oil change. The gentleman explained that it was a little more because my car uses 7 quarts of oil. My receipt said they put in 6. I told them that I smelled radiator water when I started the car. They said they couldn't find anything but to have the radiator (I called it flushed, they used another word) at 50,000 miles. I still smell radiator water so I am going to take it to Ford for a look-see. Anyway, I have been using Big-O since moving here from Texas back in 2014 and will continue to do so. I used Discount Tires for almost 30 years in San Antonio and feel the same way about you all. I like your friendliness, prices, and cleanliness of your stores. Thank you. Everyone was friendly and we were in and out in a timely manner. I even scheduled an appointment for another day for another service since this visit was a Saturday and I knew they were busy.

Bought tires at store and a tire going flat fast almost ruined my day. They had my profile up before I entered the store and found a nail, got it patched and on my way in less than 40 minutes. No charge...

They fixed what was needed and did not charge me for what couldn’t been fixed.

Everything was what I was expecting. From setting up my appt on-line to coming in to the shop, to the pricing I was quoted, etc. Everything went just fine with no issues.

The staff was so helpful! I was so impressed by the person I spoke with on the phone and when I came in, the front counter person asked me what size my tires were and I apologized that I didn't know. Her response was that it wasn't my job to know my tire size, it was hers:) She made me feel very taken care of. All the work was done in a timely fashion and they were just as friendly when I picked it up. We'll definitely be back!

Needed a valve stem replaced on a class C RV steer tire. They didn't have the part at this location, but were able to get one from across town. The first technician was unfamiliar with hubcap/wheel removal procedure (as am I), but was able to consult with co-workers/supervisors to successfully complete the repair in a timely fashion, for an extremely reasonable charge. Based upon my experience, I'd definitely recommend this facility.

I went in for an oil check and major check and they provided me with the list of repairs needed.

I ran over a screw that punctured a tire and Big O Tire got me back on the road in a very timely manner. I was impressed that they re-installed the spare tire and jack in my vehicle.

I found that I had a tire going low early Monday morning around 5:30am and I needed to get it to a repair store before I ran out of air. I was in luck with Big O Tire as they had two staff there at that early time. I was able to drop my vehicle off for repairs. Thanks
