Big O Tires

I've been going to Big O on the Blvd for over two years now, I got a new car the end of Feb last year.. I've always gotten my oil change on Thursday for Lady's Day & recieved a free tire rotation. I got my total on Thursday and it was $60, I got to my car & looked at all my past totals and they were all $29 and some change. I had asked the guy (I think he's honestly new, bc I've never seen him in there) if I got the Lady's Day special, and he said yes, but bc I didn't buy my tires from y'all they can't do it for free. I'm not sure if I'm the past it's always been waved & shouldn't have been.. but I was a little shocked to see I was paying double than what I had been in the past..? Other than the price doubling, I have chosen Big O for every service needed bc I always have great luck with the servicemen.. if my windshield wipers are in bad shape- they bring it out & show you. If my air filter is disgusting- they show me it. I have never felt like the guys were/are ever trying to get me to get bogus things fixed for my money- & that's all I can ask for!!

Brooke was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. The service techs dig great efficient work.

I called for an appointment for Tuesday, we dropped our car off Tuesday morning before your store opened and it was ready to go before 11 am as requested. We had the front end aligned and a leaky tire repaired. As always we are very pleased with the service we receive from Big O, even on a recent trip to Colorado.

The personal were easy to talk to. How ever they did recommend a Break Job. But were unclear as to estimate of cost. I know that it can very when a job such as this that while doing other problems can be found!
