Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, when the car was done, the very same tire that was low before, was still low, and windshield washer fluid was still empty. I have no idea what, if anything, got done.

Older car for grandson with problems. Everyone was helpful and patient. 3 days of putting up with me. Chit chat, coffee and patience. Last day was tough and unusual, but they figured it out and tried to save me as much as possible. Thanks

my family has used Big O for years. I brought my truck in to have new tires put on front only, my tires in the back were good. I asked to see if I needed a front end allighment. he came out and said not really. I would bring it back at 3500 instead og 5000 to rotate. I get home and my son said they put the new ones on the back and took the back tires on the front. the bald ones. you kept my good ones. then my husband goes the next morning and basically said I turned doen the aliament. I will never use you guys again. I wasn't greeted at my car I had to mark a box

I had a flat on the highway and showed up at the store at 10 minutes to closing time and they still fixed my tire. Thank you for doing that.

After two alignments my car is still pulling wasted 75 bucks tbh

I have made this store my primary car place, be it oil change or car issues. The people here explain things to where you understand what is happening. This last visit I wasn't expecting a repair, but what do I know. They were kind enough to take me to a place I could eat and when car finished they picked me up.
