brought it my vehicle you said needed a tune up cause it was running rough. told me it was running better but that was not true I took it else where they changed the fuel filter and everything was fine so you charged me 400 to fix a 30 problem

I had to take time and go back for the same problem. My ABS light was on so I went in to get it fixed. A day later it comes back on because it was not diagnosed and fixed right the first time. Its seems like my time means nothing to Big O Tire, I doubt if I will ever be return business or recommend them to someone else

I went to this location to get my vehicle inspection after being turned away from a couple of other places in the area. One was too backed up with other repairs, the other place was "sort of booked up" but asked if I wanted a card so I could call sometime next week. When I asked for a referral for some other local places I could go to I wasn't given any at all. So I went to Big O Tires to see if I could get it done. They were nice and gave me an estimate of how long it would be so I waited. It didn't take as long as I was told. The customer service was great.

Manager was rude and didnt explain that prices had went up on the oil changes and they should have been posted somewhere so a person isn't surprised

Very friendly and honest. They let me know what needs to be done and what should be done in the future without pushing anything on me. Look forward to going back again.

Only changed two valve stems and didn't put my favorite valve stem caps back on and two stems didn't even have one on.

Talked to both Monte & Duane on the phone for tire quotes and Information, they were exceptional in both service, knowledge and support.....got my new Cooper tires on & balanced great, what a smooth ride now. Thanks guys!

The wait was terrible, Just to get a flat repair. The tech workingon my tire was doing many other things other than focusing on the Kobe was doing. When told the problem by him and the man at the counter I told them what I wanted done and they basically made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I always receive EXCELLENT service at this store! The auto technicians know their stuff and the managers take time to thoroughly explain what's gone wrong with my auto(s). I also appreciate the fact that I can get a ride to and from work when I have to leave my car for a while. They always seem to have the parts for my foreign SUV, or know where to get them so I get fast, accurate service every time. Thanks guys and I'll see you later!

This was my first experience with Big O Tires. My friend referred them to me when I needed new tires. From the very first phone call I was sold. Kevin provided excellent service and I really felt like he cared. Above and beyond most customer service care. I will definitely refer customers to Big O!

I have been using Big O Tires for many years and have ALWAYS had outstanding service. However, I had a major issue the last time I was there for my oil change. When I picked up my car, I thought it smelled like oil and gas, but I didn't think much of it since it had been in the shop. However, the next day when I drove it, the smell of oil was awful. I was at a friends house and her dad is a mechanic and so we popped the hood to take a look. There was oil EVERYWHERE. Big O did not put the oil cap back on. The oil cap was sitting on the inside of my hood, forgotten about. I had oil all over the inside of my hood and lost most of the oil I had just paid for the day before. Thankfully, they had oil at their house and they filled it back up and they cleaned off all the spilled oil. I called Big O to let them know the situation, seeing as their mistake cost me an oil change, but I was just told that they would send it up the chain of command and I never heard back from them. This could have been serious and the oil leaking could have caused a serious fire. I just expected them to do a little more than tell me, "thanks, I'll send it on". Like I said before, I have always had great experiences with the people and service at Big O, and I know mistakes do happen, I just expected them to go above and beyond to let me know I am a valued customer and that it would not happen again.

aweful experience....these people move slower than snails when theyre not messing around with each other instead of actually working....will never return. quoted us 1 hour...and stayed 2. just for tires and an alignment.

oil change not finished after leaving car there all morning. Spent rest of my lunch break waiting for them to change the oil because they forgot to change the oil originally. I was then told that I would receive the ladies day discount, which I was offended by since I'm not a lady. I've tried bigotires multiple times and have overall been dissatisfied with my experiences.

I didn't have an appointment but they got my car in and inspected in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly staff.
