I went to Big O for an Interstate Battery because they were an Interstate dealer. As they were out of the Interstate Battery for my car I was sold one from a local parts store that cost nearly $60.00 more than the one I wanted. Then I was told it was my fault for buying that car. A Nissan off the local car lot.

Thru a series of events to long to explain, they came out to my house and got the key to my car. They provided the service quickly.. They were very polite. And new to me - they texted me when my car was done

My oil change gauge was not reset after my oil change. Also had greasy, oily hand prints on my steering wheel, transmission shifter and center console. Luckily I had cleaning wipes in my car. Not very happy about the condition my car was in when it was finished.

They said the wait for new tires was 90 minutes. After 2 hours I asked for ETA and was told tires on car & getting free alignment check. No tires on at all. Then no free alignment check after tires on. No offers made of any kind

Always a top-notch experience at the Jeff City Boulevard Big-O. I will be back (or my wife will be) this week with our Altima. Also referred my dad a couple months ago for his Lincoln. These Gentlmen run a fast and friendly shop.

They had the door open to the outside the whole time we were there about an hour and was freezing and the toilet was so dirty I did not want to sit on it to pee so had to wait til I could get my car to leave to go some where else.

I routinely buy tires and get my oil changed here. I recently had a test of their warranty of always fixing flat tires as long as you buy the tires from them. They did it without complaint, quickly, and at no charge. I am a loyal customer for life now.

I should have been told at the very start that there would be a 22 pt inspection. I would've told them no. Besides the fact i didnt have the time, i was only there to have a tire patched. When the tech pulled out my air filter and then subsequently put it back when i told them no to replacing it they didnt even close that area all the way. It should not have taken an hr to ck for a leak in a tire & then when determined it couldn't be patched to sell a new one & put it on. My vehicle was pulled into the bay within 5 mins of being there. Furthermore, if a shorter tech drives a vehicle and has to move seat up, please move it back.

I have been going to Big O for over 10 years.I not only have 1, but 2 cars I bring there.. and when I went to get my brakes and rotors change they fell to tell me I had an warranty on them... I was told I had to pay 4 hundred and change but when I spoke with someone higher they actually went in and saw I had a warranty so my price went down to 2 and change... I'm very disappointed and I will be taking my business somewhere else... shame on you for not letting a customer know..

I had the store do a wheel bearing last year for me. As I was driving home I hit an animal and had to go back the next day for another alignment. They said their alignments were covered for 3 months and fixed it for free. My wheel bearing is going out again and they are going to cover that too. Lifetime warranty! HECK YEAH!!!

Took 2 hours. On two occasions a rep approched me trying to get me to do a "recommended"service. I was getting one tire fixed. Which was unepairable. At least thats what they said. What were they doing looking at air filters and such? 1 TIRE!! After a phone call I overheard a rep mocked the customer. Very poor unprofessinal service. I have given this company more than enough chances. I will be moving on to a different tire shop.

I had a very stereotypical experience at the Missouri Blvd location. Monday, July 31st I took my car in for a routine $12 inspection. Two aspects did not pass, rear brakes and rotors. I got both fixed at another location. I returned Friday, August 4th for another inspection. He said I did not pass because my front wheel barring needed fixed. I let him know I was in just 4 days ago. He immediately backtracked and started rambling. Then passed my car for inspection and sent me on my way as fast as he could. This was after they forgot to inspect my car before the two other women that I was there before. My question is, why wasn't this caught 4 days ago? This entire situation took 8-10am on a Friday morning. Everything about it seemed sketchy to me. Not a good experience and will not be returning.
