I would like to know what facility I can take my car to since Craig is no longer the store manager and still get the same prompt service that he offered.. I will no longer want to drive all the way to Jefferson City...

I had the headlight covers polished to improved night time driving visability. The $50 was well worth it.

I like how they walked me out to the garage and showed me the problem. Instead of telling me what the problem is and this is how much it cost.

After arriving, my oil was changed and tires rotated in 30 minutes. Service personnel seemed knowledgeable.

I do not believe that I should have went back a week later to get my tires balanced when I was there a week ago to get them balanced and they didn't do it correctly I should not have to make two trips over 50 miles one way twice..You didn't have a problem charging me the first time but you didn't do the work right

I love walking in at a time and day that is convenient for me. At the car dealership I use to go to, I had to make an appointment a week in advance. Also had to drive by and between too many parked cars to get to the door. I love the smaller atmosphere to get straight talk. Safety of the vehicle I am driving is first on Big O 's goal always. I entered the store and was not greeted. One person working on paperwork at register, the other was playing with a small child around waiting area, no problem I waited and waited not a word from either. Then another couple came in and other guy greeted them by name said what can I do for you. Hey I'm standyhere FIRST so he waits on them and guy behind counter still hasn't said a word. I waited what seemed several mins, then finally guy behind desk ask how he can help. Worst service ever and I've been to this store often. Look up acknowledge the customer be with you in a min, other guy pay attention ask who is next!!!!

I used big o this past week. The gentleman who took care of me, Jay, couldn't have been nicer. Great service and very little wait.

Wayne is very professional and focused on customer service. Christian's eye roll to Scott when I asked for someone to come outside and look at my car after it had been worked on the day before, was not un-noticed! My vehicle has been in multiple times for the same issues and can't seem to be diagnosed/fixed. I have spent about $1000 and still don't have my car fixed.

I was in your store on MO Blvd. on 10/29/16 and I was more than impressed with the service I received in the office as well as the garage. I worked with Mel Atteberry in the office and he was more than accommodating with my work and the situation that I am going through right now. He is a great asset to your business!!!!!!!!!!!! I was also very impressed with Mitchell Adams the service tech who did the work on my truck!!!!!!!! He is very good at what he does!!!!!!!! He too is a great asset to your business!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used other business in the past to work on my vehicles but will be using your company for any future vehicle maintenance and repairs.

They forgot to put the cap back on my new tire and I didn't get a sticker for my next oil change.

I was happy with the service of my flat repair and oil change. The individual taking information and giving my invoice seemed New which was frustrating but I know it happens. Everything was good until I went to leave. The person that parked my car after the service was complete parked it with my bumper on the curb. When I backed out it scraped. I live just down the road when I arrived I looked at my bumper and there is some very noticeable damage. Chances of returning are pretty slim outside of warranty work.

I totally recommend this store. They where very helpful and quick.

I go to Big O for the "ladys day" discount on an oil change / tire rotation. Cheapest in town that I know of. Every time they find something extra wrong with my car. Last time it was a wheel bearing they said was bad, I didn't have it fixed...went another 3000 miles went in for another oil change this time it was a rear brake was so bad it's metal to metal but no mention this time of the wheel bearing that I still haven't gotten fixed. Took my car to another mechanic...my rear brake is not metal to metal. Needs to be changed soon, but not urgent.

3 hour wait. Free alignment turns into alignment recommendations. 90 bucks.

Fast friendly service. Have always received this type of service.
