Was told over the phone that my 24X12 lawn mower tire could be repaired for $8.00. When i arrived I was told it needed a new tube and the cost would be around $15.00-$20.00, then was told $20.00-$25.00. Frustrated I nearly left to check prices with the competition but didn't. When I returned to pay, the price went up again to over $27.00! You've probably lost a customer, $8.00 to over $27.00 is miscommunication any way you look at it! At a minimum I now know I'm unable to trust Big-O at its word and will definitely check your competition before doing future business with Big-O.

The associate took care of me in a quick and efficient manner. You could tell that he valued me as a customer. This is why I always go back.

When a customer shops for deals and the price quotes are enough with good service to come back again and again I'm taken back when the cost is nearly double. Return visits to take new tires off and two put back on. Felt a bit taken advantage of.

It took an hour and a half to change my oil and rotate my tires. Was only 2 people waiting when I arrived.

I was so impressed with the service I received. They took care in making sure I understood what they were doing and were so accommodating. As a woman, I appreciate they treated me as a person. You don't always get that in the service industry.

Big O does all my vehicle work for 3 years. When we were called to pick up our car due to tires being installed, I asked to have the 29.95 oil change done that morning before we came to pick the car up as we had a coupon mailed to us.. to only be told an hour later that we owed 70.00 for special synthetic oil. Not happy at all as we could barely afford the 500 tires.

The Jefferson City store on Missouri Blvd used to be a trustworthy store. The two gentlemen working the front counter always knew us by name and even knew the cars we drove. One gentleman remains there, darker hair, the other one has moved on and has been replaced. The new guy seems fine overall but the atmosphere is completely different. It's back to being a stranger when we go in and back to not sure if I trust what is being told to me. Six months ago, hands down I would have trusted what these two gentlemen recommended but not anymore. You really lost something special with your store on Missouri Blvd. the place is a total disappointment now. After a loyal customer for years, I don't think I'll be returning. The darker haired gentlemen is always a delight as was the other other one that is no longer there. Perfect world would be for big o to keep these two as a team and business would be sure to follow. If I knew those two would be there every time I'd never hesitate to go back.

BIG O USED to be a great company but it's very apperant the CEO and board of directors have royally screwed up this entire company and need to be fired or demoted to til It cleaning All there so called sales on tires are now in the form of rebates that take according to the fine print about 8 to 12 weeks... (what's your experisnce on actually getting a $50 rebate in the mail 3 months later, .... exactly) They no longer post pricing online, you have to NOW call or drive by in person... theres 3 hours shot to help. When you do call the pricing system is so screwed up you have no idea what the tire actually cost cuz all the services are alacart from the air to the cap for the valve stem but then I'd if you buy 8 tires you get a much bigger rebate debit card in the mail in 12 weeks (maybe..if your born lucky) There big push is there minumminume 29.95% credit card subject to change with little warning which from I can tell needs to have a min. Of $250 purchase, and its not even a visa or MC just there own store credit card that cant be used any other place, ( 47 % ?? In a year anyone) to use each time but if you have to charge $250 min to use it each time but You get another rebate check in the mail months later for $20....oh yeah no problem with that idea if you a big fan of eating dog shot for breakfast All the brands they are posting online are so unknown Google struggles and you will need a China language translator add on to your smartphone phone or speak anx read mandrian Chinese. If you think there is a chance of getting backed... like uber a few weeks ago Needless to say, A LOT of changes in the company from the top have been made over the past 2 years and not the same store it once was... it's to much bull shit for me personally... I'm going to Wal-Mart and get the savings up front instead of having to beg some hard to reach rebate company in guam for a $50 rebate in 3 to 4 months from now. And all the pricing is static and up front on Wal-Mart's website. none of that piece meal carp. And Wal-Mart sells allot of various brands that you can look up without getting your phone hacked I'm sure the people at the store are still great and well versed in what they do, but this new business model from the top at the CEO and board level... is NOT what id call a fun time...the LEADERSHIP needs to get fired and someone that actually has gone to business school take over...there no longer worth my time and there new shopping procedure is going to make it a drawn out long and really expensive process If the CEO AND BOARD are not fired SOON, lock in any profits and well short... I dont see this new business model doing well in the long run

I work as a delivery driver: I needed new tires within an hour and a half as my shift was starting soon. Pulled up and asked for a full set of new tires and an oil change. An hour later, I was clocking in. Thanks for the great service!

Greeting clerks at customer service team are lacking compared to previous associates. Generally felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of on tire purchase when they called back over the phone. Very transparent bought tires elsewhere that were a better ply, 70,000 mile vs the 40,000 you guys were quoting for $30 less per tire. Just disappointed in general. This used to be my favorite place to go and now it's more expense and I don't feel you are giving the service to justify that.

Your store opens at 7am. I was there for a state vehicle inspection. The ticket was made and you all took my car into the shop. An hour later I'm wondering where is my vehicle?? Turn out there was no one to do the inspection until 8 am scheduled. Didn't bother to share that information with me. Instead I just sat there wondering.

I used them a week ago and I am so glad that I did. Not only did it take half the time it would have if I had gone anywhere else, but they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results. The new tires are awesome and the alignment is just what my car needed. I will definitely be doing business here again and I am already telling all my friends and family! Thank you!!!!
