The wait was 1 1/2 hrs, I realize that I was a walk-in, but seems excessive. Would have liked to know the cause of the tire leak. When I asked, was told it wasn't documented.

My oil change was done very quickly. I had left my vehicle and was contacted sooner than expected.

After calling around to several stores to check on prices and availability this store is the only one that answered all our questions without giving us attitude. It was late friday afternoon and we were looking to buy 4 new tires (considerable amount of money) and the customer service was phenomenal! They ended up staying a few minutes past closing on a Friday night and treated us with respect and not like we were a burden. It's sad to say that customer service these days is lacking but NOT at this Big O!

Did not have an appointment, they worked me in.

I asked that they use my zip ties to hold up the shield under my car when finished with my oil change. The gentleman at the desk noted this on my paperwork. When the tech was moving my car into the bay I told him where my ties were, he stated he had his own. Today I had to bring my car in because my shield was hanging down, I was told there were no zip ties attached. I have had this problem previously and it seems I have this problem with the same tech. If someone else changes my oil I don't have a problem. I was taken care of today in a very professional manner.

As always the personnel at your MO Blvd store had our safety in mind by recommended I have the ball joints replaced on my truck. My complete trust in my car and truck care rest with your techs.

I've used BigO several times and have always had great service and have been happy.This time was a little bumpy because although I was quoted a price for the tire repair work and told I would be called when it was ready,no call was made and they were closed by the time I called them to check.Next day no call so I called them and when I asked the price,it was 20% higher than what I'd been told initially.In the end,they took good care of me and adjusted the price, only charging slightly more than the quote.All and all, it's where I'll continue to do business.

Went in on a Saturday morning to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Was there less than an hour and everything was done to perfection as usual. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Suggested a replacement of the front brake pads and rotors. I declined, took the car home to look at it myself and found that the brake pads had a few more months left on them and the rotors were fine. Saved myself $450.
