We reviewed the service history of the vehicle and service was done as requested. Staff is friendly and everything appears to be neat. Waited for service to be completed and it was finished in a reasonable time.

I needed brake repair and they did a good job and provided quick service.

Oil change and new tires put on in about an hour. Took advantage of tire sale.

I was a little disappointed to find out my car needed extensive repairs on my drum and brake system. I was able to get a small discount, however, I felt like it was too expensive.

The store I normally get my oil changes at was super busy and I didn't have time to wait. The employee I talked to called the other location in town and they said I could get right in. We were there less than 20 minutes. Thanks for the great service and friendly atmosphere.

Great prices, friendly employees, always knowledgeable, sometimes it takes a little longer than anticipated but sometimes they are faster than anticipated so it balances itself out... Always happy when I leave!

Dropped off my Rogue for synthetic oil change, tire rotation and inspection. All fluids were checked and topped off; car was ready when I returned. Price was lower than I'd expected. How could I ask for more? Great company.

There was a small snafu the first time I dropped my SUV off for service, the ticket didn't get completed; however, staff made it right and I was completely satisfied with the customer service and shuttle drop off/pick up.

The staff are always nice, but also honest. They understand customer service. One very important thing is the large customer lounge with comfy chairs, and there are lots of them! My last visit was for a small leak in one tire. It turned out to be on the sidewall and not repairable, they could have sold me two tires for the back axel, but they said I really only needed one. Like I said, they are honest.

It was, and is very clear that big I'd service is really good. That said, I waited 3 hours for my car, when they said it would be ready in 1+. Always nice to talk to someone who cares about my cars status.

I was wanting to get my headlights replaced and it looks like only 1 was done. I was expecting both of them to be replaced. A little disappointed for the amount of labor I paid. Hopefully somebody sees this and can make sure both are replaced soon.

We pulled into the lot at 4:55 pm with a tire going flat on our pickup, just ahead of a lot of other folks having tire trouble. Your service techs took care of us in the order we arrived. We really felt for the guy in the tire shop, hot - almost closing time and lots of tire troubles. That is what I call great customer service and that is what keeps us coming back to Big O for tires and other vehicle services. Keep up the good service. Work was completed in a timely manor and I was contacted to discuss what was needed prior to the repairs being completed. No complains with the service I received.

Made an appointment for Thursday morning, arrived at 7 am your guys had 4 new tires on and front end alignment checked and on the road by 8 am. I purchased your NITTO brand tire at the suggestion of your tire specialist, I have never been steered wrong by you all before. Be back in 5000 miles for rotation. Always very satisfied with Big O Tire.

One of my lug nuts got damaged during tire rotation and I had to pay for a new one. Just wondering why the customer would have to purchase a new one if it was your equipment that ruined it.

Recently I he had 2 tires mounted on our farm wheel rake, both ready when promised or before. Today I had the tires rotated and balanced on my pickup again it was ready when I returned after running an errand. The crew on Missouri Blvd have always been my go to guys, I can always trust their judgement on y equipment.

The final cost was what I was quoted. They brought me to work. No hidden charges, like that.

I came in with the expectation of getting 4 tires rotated, 1 tire fixed, balanced and a long wait. Instead the wasn't much of a wait and nice staff. Also with them being a business they could of easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on vehicles because it turn out the was nothing wrong with my tire and the could have taken my money and "fixed" it. Instead they informed me and so I wouldn't have to pay for something that's was fine. Lastly, I don't know if the guy was a manager or owner but he was outstanding. He made us feel at home. They will always get my business and everyone I know.
