Big O Tires on Missouri Blvd has been servicing my automobiles for nearly twenty years, always knowledgable staff that always render the very best in keeping my vehicles in a great operating condition, always quick and accurate

When I went in for my oil change I asked them to check what was hanging under my car. The man who did my oil change told me whoever had been changing my oil didn't put the screws back in this cover thing. This store has changed my oil since I purchased the vehicle. He said he took care of it, the next day it was hanging lower than before. I went back in and was told there were 9 screws missing. I will not be returning to this particular store but will try tje one on the other side of town. Someone needs to do something about this oil change guy.

Came in first thing Friday morning for my tire rotation and hardly finished drinking my cup of coffee before I was ready to go. I always recommend you guys to my friends for tires and auto service. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

Not, just this visit, all my visits at Big O have provided me the best service. The price is competitive and the feedback about optional vehicle care is provided, yet not shoved down my throat. I recommend all my friends to go to Big O, whether it is at this location or the other location South of town.

Service was good, but after tire rotation I can hear a rubbing and grinding sound in back tire on drivers side.

The staff at the Missouri Boulevard location in Jefferson City always does an excellent job. They are experts at what they do! The staff are very friendly and it is a comfortable environment for women.

Great service but they forgot to rotate my tires and check the pressure of my tires

There is one thing I would like to mention. I had called early in the week to make an appointment for the new tires on my truck, I let the agent know I would be there at 7am on Saturday, and I wanted to make the appointment so I would be first in. I was there at 7am, but there were 5 other people waiting, and they were served before I could get to the counter. As a result, I had to wait over an hour before the work was started. This might be a communication error, and you only do first come - first served, but your agent should have mentioned that you really do not make appointments when he talked to me on the phone.

I went in for an unknown problem, that a local dealership could not figure out in a weeks time.The tech rode with me and within 1/2 block from the shop, immediately knew what the problem was, which could have resulted in a horrible accident had it not been determined at the time. Thanks to Monty & Mitch for your patience, explaining things to me and getting my vehicle fixed quickly and getting it safe again to drive.You guys are the best!Thank you!

staff at the mo blvd is far better trained than the porch monkeys working on Jefferson street. this time my truck was not damaged like the Jefferson st crew does. good job mo blvd.

Had rear brakes done, there was a minor issue after picking it up but they resolved the issue ASAP and had me on my way with no additional charges or issues, I was very pleased with the service.
