Big O Tires

I always enjoy taking my vehicles to Big-O. Even though the circumstances are probably a bummer. They always treat me like my business is important to them. And I always feel confident and satisfied that I got the best treatment.

The price was reasonable and fixed the unbalanced wheel pretty quickly

This is the first time I've scheduled an auto service on-line and It went smoothly, My vehicle was ready to go and I was on the road in good time. Service techs were friendly, helpful and efficient. I took my granddaughter along with me--she recently got her drivers license and I wanted her to see the importance of car maintenance and good service

I was able to get my oil changed without having to do it myself. It’s reasonably priced and is easy to schedule an appointment.

I hit a pothole on Friday evening in Columbia & completely blew out a tire. Saturday morning I had it towed to Big O Tires (Missouri Blvd) & within an hour I was back on the road with a new set of tires. I was pleased with the professionalism & the variety of options that were presented to me. Every time I go in there; whether it be for an oil change or new tires, I've always had a good experience.

I looked online to find a place for an oil change. I scheduled it online. That was great! The internet price was $39.95. I went in and was charged $82.97. I questioned the associate and he asked if I had taken a pic of the price that I saw online. And, I did not. I was NOT happy but, I paid the $82.97. Then today I wanted to make a complaint about the pricing. I first called the location where I had the service. I got an assistant manager who was VERY kind! He name was Brooke. Brooke apologized, honored the $39.95, and refunded the difference to my bank card. Now that was GREAT customer service!

I was wanting to leave town and had and discovered an item on my car that needed to be repaired before I could leave. It involved getting a part from the car dealership and we were heading into the weekend. Every effort possible was put into making sure it all came together. Car repaired and trip was on schedule. Thank you. Shout out to Robert who organized. And thanks to the mechanic, I do not know his name.

I always get great service. Was told I need rear break job and was given a quote as to the cost. Arranged for an appointment to have that work done on February 1st
