Big O Tires

The truck runs out well. Everyone has noticed that is a lot quieter than it used to be.

I have used Big O for years and have been happy with the treatment and service.

I got new tires, brakes & rotors (replacement B&R from 1 yr ago) & caliper. 2 days later I had a warning light for a valve stem sensor fault, so I have to go back. I was not offered a free alignment, although I asked. I had to pay for that. There was a rusty bolt on wheel. They did not fix it. I have to go back and they said $75 part and $75 installation. The new manager was very knowledgeable and nice, and got me correct information because another employee ordered tires that were not right at all. but for the most part, all is good, or hopefully will be after I get sensor issue resolved.

Best honest place in Jefferson city they are polite and always gets the job done quick and right the first time I highly recommend going to Big 0 Tire

I have been using Big O on Missouri Blvd to have my oil changed on my 2012 Tucson since 2015. I have always had good service. Unfortunately on my last visit to Big O on January 4th, I dropped off my car at around 10:30 am. Then went and did some errands. Usually I hear from the salesman within a hour, but when I went back around 12:30 my car had not even been moved. I went inside and asked how much longer for my car, they told me 1 to 2 hours. I sent my ride on and decided to wait. Around 2:15 my car still had not been moved, I asked the Manager "how much longer. I was told my car would be next and it is still sitting a hour later". He went to the back to check and told me my car was next in line. At 3:00 the car was ready and the Manager took care of the Oil change. I will definitely be back. When a business understands that your time is as valuable as theirs makes for a happy customer. So thank you Big O for your service.

Exceptional service

Service was as expected at the end of the day. They were busy but took care of my car.

Needed a valve stem replaced on a class C RV steer tire. They didn't have the part at this location, but were able to get one from across town. The first technician was unfamiliar with hubcap/wheel removal procedure (as am I), but was able to consult with co-workers/supervisors to successfully complete the repair in a timely fashion, for an extremely reasonable charge. Based upon my experience, I'd definitely recommend this facility.

I received a standard oil change on my vehicle. The service was done quickly and with out issue.

I went in for an oil check and major check and they provided me with the list of repairs needed.

I've been using this store for nearly 15 years. I always receive top notch service.

I found that I had a tire going low early Monday morning around 5:30am and I needed to get it to a repair store before I ran out of air. I was in luck with Big O Tire as they had two staff there at that early time. I was able to drop my vehicle off for repairs. Thanks

On August 23. 2018 I took the car into the Missouri Blvd location. They told me it needed a power steering hose at $145.98 each and two hours of labor at $80.00 per hour and a power steering pump at $160.98 and two hours of labor at $80.00 per hour. They told me the part was in Columbia and would be delivered the next day at 9:30 AM. I left the car overnight. They called me at 9:38 AM to say that the car was ready. I am certain that it did not take four hours of labor. I deserve an adjustment of at least one hour of labor on the bill. Thank you.

I was dreading getting new tires, but Kevin was super friendly and took all the worry away, and the price was great!

I had a number of things worked on as well as getting new tires. The tires look great and the truck drives like it did when I purchased it seven year ago. Way to go Big O.

As we know the wind blows and so do tires. We got the opportunity to visit both your stores in Jefferson City on Wednesday 7 August, due to 2 blows outs on our camper. In those visit we did find the MO Blvd store has a little better customer service than your Jefferson St store (realizing Jeff St is busier).

Stopped in for a systems check and I was told that I would be charged.I could go to 'Auto Zone' and it is free,and that if I needed any work I could bring my truck over and that was fine by me.My systems check showed I needed to replace my gas cap.I would have hated to pay $29.95 to find that out. Thanks

Our Highlander hit a curb, sustained tire, wheel and undercarriage damage. This happened on a Wednesday and we picked up our vehicle good as new on Friday. Needless to say the guys were professional, and very thorough in their work and wanted us to have our vehicle back before the weekend. We couldn't have asked for better service, in fact were surprised that they finished so quickly. We've been taking our vehicles to Big O for a few years, and this is the biggest repair we've had. They've certainly earned our trust.
