The mechanics were very attentive and informed me of potential future problems.

I was having a terrible day. I was stuck on the side of the highway for over an hour, missing a doctor's appointment, before arriving at Big O Tires. Wayne was the first person that greeted me when I walked in. From the start, he was so nice and wanting to help me. He could tell I was having a bad day and actually cared and asked me questions and wanted to do everything he could to make my day better. I was actually crying at one point waiting for my car to get done. I tried to hide so that nobody would see me, but he obviously did. He told me kind words about he hoped things would get better and to keep a smile on my face. I was in total shock when my car was done and I went out to my car to leave, Wayne and managed to have someone bring him a Rose and leave it in my car. I can't believe Wayne went way out of his way to make sure my day got better. He truly cared about how I was feeling and wanted to make me feel better. I will never ever forget Wayne and what he did for me.

The gentlemen working at Big O in Jefferson City are always very polite and explain exactly what my car needs. Recently I had to replace the piston and rotors on the back end of my car due to having some metal grinding noises. They did a great job on the repair and placed a lifetime warranty on the partsThey also refilled my Freon to get my A.C. working again. All in all, great job gentlemen!

Great service! Did some extra checking for back tires!

We are earlier risers, we again came to the shop as they were opening. Told the service adviser we needed our tires rotated and the left rear had a slow leak. Before we finished our coffee and paper, they had the tires rotated and found a nail in the tire and naturally it was repaired. Great service from great guys - that is why we keep coming back to Big O for tires for car, truck and trailers. Dave and Sharon

I love going to Big O Tires on Missouri Blvd, the staff is so friendly it's almost like getting your vehicle worked on by a friend.

I was greeted at the check in counter. My appointment was kept right on time. My estimate was the exact amount of my bill. The men here were polite, informative and offered me a ride home if I couldn't stay with my car.

The time it took was a little long but they were busy

They not only had me done in a timely manner, but replaced one of my broken lugs for no additional charge.

I bought a new set of tires at the store in June. Came in just before closing with a nail in my tire 8/14/19, but the team did not bat an eye about staying a little later and get me back on the road. Excellent Customer Service! That is why I came to Big O when I bought the new tires for my MKX. I knew they would be there for me and they did not disappoint.

Did an oil change and it was very pleasant and the guys at the desk were very friendly and we chatted about my truck and things I want/ need to take care of in the near future..got out fairly quick to go home and go to bed as I work 3rd shift..thanks guys

I had a flat tire due to a pesky nail. The following day, a different tire had a hole in it. They were so helpful and understanding of my situation and I greatly appreciate them getting me back on the road! My only minor complaint would be that it took over an hour each day to get them fixed. It wasn't a big deal as I didn't have to be to work those days but if I would have, I would've been late.
