Big O Tires

My wife was in Jefferson City and got our truck serviced...She called ahead and told them she had our yellow Lab with her and they said no problem if she came in sitting area also. I thought that was very kind! Thank you!

I went in to get an oil change; and the attendants told me and showed me that I needed 2 new tires. They were not pushy, or aggressive, just felt it was their opportunity to explain the issue. I did buy the tires, plus an alignment, and the felt better driving it.

My car wouldn't start and so I had to have it towed to Big O to get the battery replaced. Once they were finished they also gave me a quote of things that I would need to get done sometime in the future but at no point did they ever pressure me to get those things done right then and there so it was nice to have a list of items that are going to need to be looked at or replaced so I can get them done at my own time so I can get a little bit done each time I come in.

Needed a tire as I blew out the side of my front passenger side tire. They didn't have the exact tire that I needed but they sold me a tire so that I could get back on the road and get back home. They gave me superb service could not ask for more. They are almost comperable to Firestone in Springfield. Now they are really mechanics wearing angel wings.

I have been going to the Big O on Missouri Blvd for years, and referring family members too, because the service is outstanding and the deals are fair and reasonable. Quality tires for a good price. I have also brought in tires purchased online, and Big O installed them. Like 20 bucks per axle, was reasonable. I am a pleased and loyal customer.

They took care of my flat tire in a speedy and efficient manner... I know a flat tire isn't much to rave about, but after taking it to a different shop the day before and they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the appropriate parts, Big O was definitely a breath of fresh air! My tech was nice and friendly and called me as soon as I was done since I couldn't wait for it.
