Big O Tires

I have made this store my primary car place, be it oil change or car issues. The people here explain things to where you understand what is happening. This last visit I wasn't expecting a repair, but what do I know. They were kind enough to take me to a place I could eat and when car finished they picked me up. GREAT PEOPLE front and mechanics!!!!!!!!!! Thanks

Bought tires at store and a tire going flat fast almost ruined my day. They had my profile up before I entered the store and found a nail, got it patched and on my way in less than 40 minutes. No charge...

I called before arriving to purchase four new tires and JJ made sure we got as much taken care of over the phone as we could to save me as much time as possible. I dropped my car off, he looked at it with me and explained the situation. He contacted me consistently with feedback on the progress and obstacles. He was friendly, helpful, and I experienced zero frustration during the process.

I enjoy the service at this location. I got right inow and out.

Everyone was courteous and polite. The counter man asked me how I was doing and made me feel wanted as a customer. I use this facility whenever I have a problem or need routine maintenance.

I arrived at a good time before other customers. Service man aired up my tires. I ask if it was a good time for an oil change. Got that done also.

TOOK DAUGHTERS CAR IN TO HAVE TIRE REPLACED FROM A DRUNK DRIVER THAT HAD RUN HER OFF ROAD. THEY REPLACED THE TIRE AND CHECKED THE ALIGNMENT, HAD TO REALIGN , AND OFF I GO.
