Big O Tires

hit a good time on Tuesday afternoon. Oil change and tire rotation done in about 20 min.

I was very pleased with service. The manager was very helpful and made the service a great experience. They were extremely quick and will only bring my cars to Big O Tires on Missouri Blvd as they have my loyalty for service going forward. Thank you Big O, I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.

The men at the Jefferson City, Missouri Boulevard Big-O Tires store are really great! I went there yesterday to have the oil changed and they found that a wheel bearing was defective and it was going to take longer to repair than the time I had, so they gave me a courtesy ride back to work and later picked me up and took me back to get my repaired car. The amazing part? I also went there to buy tires in preparation for the winter months ahead and they were honest enough to tell me that my tires were still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced! That must be uncommon in today's world and I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and honesty received at the Mo. Blvd. store. The next time I need car maintenance you know where I'll be going!

They were a very big help even over the phone when I first called they went above and beyond to help me find the size and price I wanted in an a/t tire. Surprisingly the were prices the same and even lower than tires on eBay wich were by far cheaper than any shop I looked at. They got me in and out very quickly I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Their big o Bigfoot a/t tires are very aggressive and still quite and smooth going down the road and got a $50 mail in rebate with my $100 special they were running in the tires. Very very pleased with my purchase.

I've been going to Big O on the Blvd for over two years now, I got a new car the end of Feb last year.. I've always gotten my oil change on Thursday for Lady's Day & recieved a free tire rotation. I got my total on Thursday and it was $60, I got to my car & looked at all my past totals and they were all $29 and some change. I had asked the guy (I think he's honestly new, bc I've never seen him in there) if I got the Lady's Day special, and he said yes, but bc I didn't buy my tires from y'all they can't do it for free. I'm not sure if I'm the past it's always been waved & shouldn't have been.. but I was a little shocked to see I was paying double than what I had been in the past..? Other than the price doubling, I have chosen Big O for every service needed bc I always have great luck with the servicemen.. if my windshield wipers are in bad shape- they bring it out & show you. If my air filter is disgusting- they show me it. I have never felt like the guys were/are ever trying to get me to get bogus things fixed for my money- & that's all I can ask for!!

I arrived just as the store was opening and promptly was taking care of. My tire rotated and balanced in great timing. Again no problems with the great service your personnel provide.

I took my car there a few days ago needing an alternator, they replaced it at what I considered a fair price, but then also reconditioned my headlight lenses free of charge. I am very pleased with the service and will continue to take my car there.

Everyone was polite and professional. Staff was ready to answer all of my questions.

I got an oil change. The gentleman explained that it was a little more because my car uses 7 quarts of oil. My receipt said they put in 6. I told them that I smelled radiator water when I started the car. They said they couldn't find anything but to have the radiator (I called it flushed, they used another word) at 50,000 miles. I still smell radiator water so I am going to take it to Ford for a look-see. Anyway, I have been using Big-O since moving here from Texas back in 2014 and will continue to do so. I used Discount Tires for almost 30 years in San Antonio and feel the same way about you all. I like your friendliness, prices, and cleanliness of your stores. Thank you.
