Big O Tires

I've been taking 3 of our cars here for years- the job is done quickly, pricing is fair and transparent. They help me with what I need and don't try to sell me something I don't. They've definitely got my business going forward.

I always enjoy taking my vehicles to Big-O. Even though the circumstances are probably a bummer. They always treat me like my business is important to them. And I always feel confident and satisfied that I got the best treatment.

Once again, everyone there was very pleasant and helpful and got my Trailblazer back on the road quickly!

We pulled into the lot at 4:55 pm with a tire going flat on our pickup, just ahead of a lot of other folks having tire trouble. Your service techs took care of us in the order we arrived. We really felt for the guy in the tire shop, hot - almost closing time and lots of tire troubles. That is what I call great customer service and that is what keeps us coming back to Big O for tires and other vehicle services. Keep up the good service. Please don't broadcast my email address in your advertising or promotional purposes.

I hit a pothole on Friday evening in Columbia & completely blew out a tire. Saturday morning I had it towed to Big O Tires (Missouri Blvd) & within an hour I was back on the road with a new set of tires. I was pleased with the professionalism & the variety of options that were presented to me. Every time I go in there; whether it be for an oil change or new tires, I've always had a good experience.

Made an appointment for Thursday morning, arrived at 7 am your guys had 4 new tires on and front end alignment checked and on the road by 8 am. I purchased your NITTO brand tire at the suggestion of your tire specialist, I have never been steered wrong by you all before. Be back in 5000 miles for rotation. Always very satisfied with Big O Tire.

I was wanting to leave town and had and discovered an item on my car that needed to be repaired before I could leave. It involved getting a part from the car dealership and we were heading into the weekend. Every effort possible was put into making sure it all came together. Car repaired and trip was on schedule. Thank you. Shout out to Robert who organized. And thanks to the mechanic, I do not know his name.

I'm was out of town and my car broke down. They were able to get me in right away and back on the road in a couple hours. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Excellent company and thank you again!
