Wade at your Missouri Blvd store was very friendly and knowledgeable about his business. He had my oil changed and tires rotated in a very timely manner. If not before we will see you in 5,000 miles for another rotation. Keep up the great customer service - we need that desperately.

The men at the Jefferson City, Missouri Boulevard Big-O Tires store are really great! I went there yesterday to have the oil changed and they found that a wheel bearing was defective and it was going to take longer to repair than the time I had, so they gave me a courtesy ride back to work and later picked me up and took me back to get my repaired car. The amazing part? I also went there to buy tires in preparation for the winter months ahead and they were honest enough to tell me that my tires were still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced! That must be uncommon in today's world and I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and honesty received at the Mo. Blvd. store. The next time I need car maintenance you know where I'll be going!
