Big O Tires

The staff are always nice, but also honest. They understand customer service. One very important thing is the large customer lounge with comfy chairs, and there are lots of them! My last visit was for a small leak in one tire. It turned out to be on the sidewall and not repairable, they could have sold me two tires for the back axel, but they said I really only needed one. Like I said, they are honest.

The associates were very knowledgeable and communicative over the precautionary work that I had done, as well as recommended services to be done to remedy the minor issues that were discovered

I called before arriving to purchase four new tires and JJ made sure we got as much taken care of over the phone as we could to save me as much time as possible. I dropped my car off, he looked at it with me and explained the situation. He contacted me consistently with feedback on the progress and obstacles. He was friendly, helpful, and I experienced zero frustration during the process.

I had a brake job done a couple of days ago and the cost was what they quoted me, it was a really fast turnaround time too.

We heard a grinding noise in the Right front brake area over the weekend and knew that was not good. Took my truck in around 0730 on Monday, Wade called me around 0900 with the news of what they found. Knowing I needed brakes, I felt the price was in line and gave them the go ahead to do the repair. Then realizing I was getting close for tire rotation I called Wade and he got that accomplished along with the front brake job in a very timely manner. Just like all the other times we visited this Big O Tire Store our problems were taking care in a very timely manner, the price was right and that's the reason we keep coming back. Between Wade, Joe and Austin we are back on the road ready for camping and then hauling hay home. Keep up the great work and customer service.

Getting tire rotation was quick and easy process.

I arrived at a good time before other customers. Service man aired up my tires. I ask if it was a good time for an oil change. Got that done also.

The Big O on Missouri Blvd is much better than the one on Jefferson St.

I went in with a complainant about previous work at a different location, and with many head scratches a few (OH COME ON's) and two days of work I left very satisfied with the outcome. and a huge thanks to Joe for a job well done, Robert for taking care of the office side and the great supporting staff that i met.
