I love walking in at a time and day that is convenient for me. At the car dealership I use to go to, I had to make an appointment a week in advance. Also had to drive by and between too many parked cars to get to the door. I love the smaller atmosphere to get straight talk. Safety of the vehicle I am driving is first on Big O 's goal always. Recently I he had 2 tires mounted on our farm wheel rake, both ready when promised or before. Today I had the tires rotated and balanced on my pickup again it was ready when I returned after running an errand. The crew on Missouri Blvd have always been my go to guys, I can always trust their judgement on y equipment.

Due to the fact that I originally purchased my tires there and had flat warranty to take care of my problem. Didn’t cost me anything

I came in with the expectation of getting 4 tires rotated, 1 tire fixed, balanced and a long wait. Instead the wasn't much of a wait and nice staff. Also with them being a business they could of easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on vehicles because it turn out the was nothing wrong with my tire and the could have taken my money and "fixed" it. Instead they informed me and so I wouldn't have to pay for something that's was fine. Lastly, I don't know if the guy was a manager or owner but he was outstanding. He made us feel at home. They will always get my business and everyone I know.

Took my truck in to determine if I needed new tires, as well as inspect my brakes. Got all that done, an oil change, and determined I had broken sway bars. All was done relatively quickly.

I used them last week and they fixed the problem and I was satisfied!
