Big O Tires

I bought a new set of tires at the store in June. Came in just before closing with a nail in my tire 8/14/19, but the team did not bat an eye about staying a little later and get me back on the road. Excellent Customer Service! That is why I came to Big O when I bought the new tires for my MKX. I knew they would be there for me and they did not disappoint.

Everything about was entire experience was great! They had everything I needed and recommended I get a well needed alignment. The associate even showed me pictures of my alignment before it was done. The staff was really knowledgeable!

The service and the cost was a very good experience!

I had a flat tire due to a pesky nail. The following day, a different tire had a hole in it. They were so helpful and understanding of my situation and I greatly appreciate them getting me back on the road! My only minor complaint would be that it took over an hour each day to get them fixed. It wasn't a big deal as I didn't have to be to work those days but if I would have, I would've been late.

Our Highlander hit a curb, sustained tire, wheel and undercarriage damage. This happened on a Wednesday and we picked up our vehicle good as new on Friday. Needless to say the guys were professional, and very thorough in their work and wanted us to have our vehicle back before the weekend. We couldn't have asked for better service, in fact were surprised that they finished so quickly. We've been taking our vehicles to Big O for a few years, and this is the biggest repair we've had. They've certainly earned our trust.

I was running errands and I had my dog with me. I called and asked how long the wait was and I told them I would wait outside with my dog. The told me to bring him in. I love places that are pet friendly.

Not, just this visit, all my visits at Big O have provided me the best service. The price is competitive and the feedback about optional vehicle care is provided, yet not shoved down my throat. The staff at the Missouri Boulevard location in Jefferson City always does an excellent job. They are experts at what they do! The staff are very friendly and it is a comfortable environment for women.

The gentlemen at the front already had me checked in for my appointment when I arrived. They educated me on what I needed without making me feel stupid, they also recommended that I change my air filter and I really appreciated that he brought it out to show me instead of just telling me what I should do. I really appreciate the time they took and they way they were willing to explain things especially with me being a woman and not knowing much about cars. I will return for any other car needs.
