I've used Big O Tires for more than a year now.They are professional, thorough and friendly.I've been very pleased with their service and products.

Very friendly staff, helped me look for alternatives (contacting dealer re: warranty) before going forward with expensive repair. The dealer ended up offering a price $200 cheaper for the fix but the friendliness and helpfulness of the Big O staff was above and beyond, so I chose to have the repair done with you instead. Thank you.

Used for new tires. Very pleased. Will definitely return to this store for future tire needs.

Clean shop, friendly staff, walk ins welcome

I was having a terrible day. I was stuck on the side of the highway for over an hour, missing a doctor's appointment, before arriving at Big O Tires. Wayne was the first person that greeted me when I walked in. From the start, he was so nice and wanting to help me. He could tell I was having a bad day and actually cared and asked me questions and wanted to do everything he could to make my day better. I was actually crying at one point waiting for my car to get done. I tried to hide so that nobody would see me, but he obviously did. He told me kind words about he hoped things would get better and to keep a smile on my face. I was in total shock when my car was done and I went out to my car to leave, Wayne and managed to have someone bring him a Rose and leave it in my car. I can't believe Wayne went way out of his way to make sure my day got better. He truly cared about how I was feeling and wanted to make me feel better. I will never ever forget Wayne and what he did for me.

Primary reason was the communication with the staff. They explained things well and didn't expect me to follow the service status by checking email or texts, which is what my previous service center expected, even though I was waiting for the vehicle at the dealership.

We are earlier risers, we again came to the shop as they were opening. Told the service adviser we needed our tires rotated and the left rear had a slow leak. Before we finished our coffee and paper, they had the tires rotated and found a nail in the tire and naturally it was repaired. Great service from great guys - that is why we keep coming back to Big O for tires for car, truck and trailers. Dave and Sharon

Wade and Zak once again took great care with the tire separation I experienced before it blew out. Wade recommended I replace my tires since they we worn down to 4/32 especially going into winter. They installed 4 new Michelin tires. I joked with Wade - thanking him for taking care of my Christmas shopping. All the tech at your MO Blvd store are great in my book.

I had a flat tire and needed a new tire. I called and Wade helped me over the phone. When I came in the store he was very friendly. He took a look at my tires to see if I needed all new tires or just one. He was very honest.

I love going to Big O Tires on Missouri Blvd, the staff is so friendly it's almost like getting your vehicle worked on by a friend.

Walk in, no appointment, and was taken care of quickly and courteously.

I was greeted at the check in counter. My appointment was kept right on time. My estimate was the exact amount of my bill. The men here were polite, informative and offered me a ride home if I couldn't stay with my car.

On time with my appointment and completed within an hour.

They not only had me done in a timely manner, but replaced one of my broken lugs for no additional charge.

They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and flowed up with me on what needed to be done. I noticed that after the service the air flow from the vents was much better.
