Big O Tires

Cody did excellent work putting the lift, brakes, steer stabilizer, wheels, and tires on our truck. He was very thorough and explained everything through the process.

I’ve been buying my tires and having my car serviced here for years. I’ve never had a bad experience, even when I arrive without an appointment! I listen to the interactions the employees have with other customers and they treat every customer with the same respect every single time.

Was in last week and got all 3 of my vehicles service, quick in and out, great people and great service

I used them for tire/oil changes on 2 cars this past weekend. They took care of everything for a reasonable price. They notified me of an issue I hadn't previously seen, gave me my options, then fixed things for (again) a reasonable price.

Fast service. No cost for tire rotation. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly associates. Took me as a walk-in.

Kevin and Monty remember me which is important and.they go out of their way to do a good job. I like and trust them.

The girl who helped me was awesome.. I came in after working a 12 hour overnight shift and she was so nice and helpful the entire time. My service was completed quickly and she was even concerned about me driving home as I dozed off a few times in the waiting room. Very satisfied with her customer service

I had a leaking tire fixed and my oil changed this week. The service was so quick my 6 year old was disappointed he didn't get to play his game longer. Bathroom was very clean and even had a diaper changing table! Thank You from all the moms of babies and toddlers! I hate changing my little ones diaper on the floor.

I came to Big O after another shop quoted my daughter a price over $1200 to fix her car. Big O did it for $400 and didn't try to cheat me. I'll definitely be back.

Realized that I had a tire going flat so drove to BigO in hopes of getting it repaired. I was able to get the tire repaired in time to keep a scheduled doctors appointment.

I have had several what I would call emergency and they have resolved them for me. Keep up the good work.

I thought I had a cracked valve stem, I look for my self to see if it was a nail. It was in fact a nail causing the problem.

I left my trailer tire at your store before they opened, called later to check on it and a ready time was agreed on. Stopped by after I got off from work - tire was ready naturally and all lived happily on our camp out that weekend.

There was construction of some sort going on in the main waiting room. The place was still extremely clean. I expected an hour or so for an oil change as that has been the norm for a long time. I was there and gone within 30 minutes. I love going there. The associates are always so kind and let me know what is going on.
