Had a discount applied for my oil change without even having to go get my coupon out of my car which I even forgot to bring in with me or mention. Always friendly and helpful. Best place in town I've ever found for tires and service and I've lived here 20 years.

On the way back from a vacation and had a flat. Called these folks up and explained we were going to be real close to closing time. They waited for us and we had them change out the 2 back tires. I had been putting off buying a new set of tires as I had just recently moved to a new city. After having a nearly-flat tire, I asked for references . I called in the morning and was told to come in that afternoon. The work was done quickly and the price was good.

I’ve had two experiences with big O tires and both are exceptional which is odd for such a service… I also am in customer service and I find this location to be very kind and polite!
