I had been putting off buying a new set of tires as I had just recently moved to a new city. After having a nearly-flat tire, I asked for references . I called in the morning and was told to come in that afternoon. The work was done quickly and the price was good.

I was at Big O twice this last week. Once for the van and once for the pickup truck. The people were very friendly and courteous. I usually talk with Russ and he helps me with the information. All the employees have been very helpful and they get the job done. This is the place that I like to go to get my vehicles serviced. It must be a good place because they are usually busy. Anyway, it is my favorite place to go. I can count on them to help.

Russ is the epitome of customer service! He is always kind clear concise and helpful! I’ve had two experiences with big O tires and both are exceptional which is odd for such a service… I also am in customer service and I find this location to be very kind and polite!
