Big O Tires

My wife's car needed an alignment. Not only did the Big "O"� servicemen align what needed to be aligned but they rotated the tires and made sure the car was in good condition and ready to go.

They were able to get the car in for an alignment and replace thermostat. Completed as expected and in the time frame communicated.

I was a bit surprised when you advised you don't recommend extended mileage when synthetic oil is used but suspect you have your reasons. Some dealers (e.g. Machens Toyota) do.

I appreciate the friendliness and honesty of the people at Big O's. They checked my tires and recommended replacing the front tires which I knew were probably bad. They could have tried to sell me back tires too as I would not have known the difference, but they said that they would be okay for a while longer. They serviced my car quickly since I had to wait.
