Spencer, Jared and Patrick provided exceptional service! They are kind, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They have excellent communication skills, alerted me to future brake needs, fixed everything I that I requested, plus, noticed a bulb was out that I missed and replaced that too. They work great together as a team and I am confident when I leave Big O, that my car is safe to drive.

My car was leaving some oil spots on a friends drive and on mine. I drove to Big-O and Russ got me in right away. A mechanic checked things out and found a simple way to correct the problem and they sent me on my way. They do all of my work and this was the usual excellent work I've learned to expect.

Russ is super. He got me worked into a busy schedule and serviced my car in a very quick and timely manner. Big O is GREAT!
