I have been told by another mechanic that my wife needed new brake pads. When we had the serious issue with our tire, I knew that we needed to replace all the tires and I asked him to take a look at the brakes. They confirmed that there were still plenty of where on the brake pads yet. They saved us about $600 for what was already a pretty overwhelming bill. I appreciate that.

I showed up with a leaky tire on my Journey, has to replace, luckily the Road Hazard replaced the tire no charge. In and out in about an hour with no appointment. Came back with truck because I noticed a screw in the tire, had to replace, there was a screw and a nail. Spencer found a compatible tire that was in stock and reasonably priced. Spencer and Russ had great customer service as always. I always feel like they are there to help me and solve whatever my issue is at the time. Great bunch of guys, I enjoy their friendship as well as professionalism. Spencer and Russ both kept me updated on both vehicles.
