First. Time at this Midas. Always had good service at the Midas in Bradley, Illinois. Like the fact that they were busy that was an indication to me they do good work at reasonable price. I was not disappointed.

I took the 2006 Dodge Durango in and there was just a little squeaky every never now and then! They told me it needed back brakes replaced as well as the caliber! My wife pick the car up took it home three hours later when I got home I checked the brakes

It was easy to get an app't quickly. Oil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time, the waiting area was very comfortable, technicians were friendly, they checked my tires as requested and didn't charge for it, and checkout was simple and quick.

I called 1-15-19 to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1-16-19 at 9 am. Well when I come in they didn?t even have my appointment ready they looked clue less when I came in I told them I had an appointment. Showed them my convention

I brought my fleet vehicle in for a tire repair. Tom was able to fit me in without an appointment on a Friday. The technician showed me that I needed two tires and an alignment to prevent the abnormal wear. Then WE had to deal with the fleet company for authorization. Thank you MIDAS!!

The appointment scheduling was easy. They worked on my car quickly and informed me of the issues. Fixed the issues quicker than I expected. The whole process from drop off to completion was under 1.5 hours. Made my life so easy
