We asked if we could bring the car in with a call at closing , but brought it in without a reservation early the next morning. We told the service manager we were willing to leave it over night if necessary. He said they would take it and try to work it in during the day and would call use with details. Within 2 hours they called with what was wrong, we said go ahead and we had it back in our garage at home before noon. They could have prolonged the stay and it would have been easy to jack up the price with what we suspected was wrong. Instead it was done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price, which was far below what we thought we would have to pay. We will definitely take advantage of Midas service in the future. Thank you to all involved.

All the workers were very clear about the issues regarding my car. I wasn’t entirely sure what was wrong going in, but after the inspection, all problems were clearly explained to me along with the services that would be required to fix these problems and the price for these services.
