The employees were extremely polite and professional. They answered all of my questions and performed my vehicle service in a timely manner. They also communicated very well and provided me with updates as needed.

Last week I purchased 4 new tires from Midas and the service I received was excellent. It was done in a timely fashion and I was updated via text as the work was being done. The quality of the new tires makes driving much more enjoyable.

Nice and professional

The employee who greeted me and talked with me about my car was extremely kind with great customer service. As a younger single woman who doesn't know much about cars, there is naturally an anxiety that carries for if I will try to be sold something I don't actually need or things won't be explained well - but I felt cared for and communicated with really well. I usually go to different places looking for the deal at the present time, but I honestly plan to return to this Midas in Roseville, MN again because it was an enjoyable experience. It was easy to work remote in the time I was there using their space and wifi and enjoy a few drinks available.

I'm always treated as a valued customer. I highly recommend the Har Mar Midas.
