Recently, my Acura dealer had changed my oil so I called them and they could not give me an appointment for 3 days. Jay got me in right away and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The techs were very thorough in testing and diagosing what was wrong with the car. Their communication with the front desk people (Jen and Van) was excellent as Jen and Van were able to update me with what work was needed, and why. EVeryone was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The repairs were excellent.
