Willie provided detailed explanation of what was needed to be done. When completed everything went well. Car drove much better as Willy had stated.

I went for a regular oil change. But, then Midas did a synthetic oil change and charged for it. If they were to go for anything different from what I had requested, I would want my consent to be obtained first which did not happen.

We’ve been going to Midas for years and it just seems each year they get better and better. The communication is second to none and the guys go out of their way to explain options, prices etc. they get to know the customers along with their cars. I had a last minute request this time to drop in immediately for a new battery and they accommodated us perfectly. We trust them with all 3 of our cars and they clearly understand each type of car individually. Their experience and knowledge shows. I sat in the shop this time while they changed the battery and witnessed them treating all of their customers the same exact way. Thank you Midas for taking the uncertainty out of car maintenance.

Horrible - never put the gasket back on when capping the oil change and had oil leaking all over my garage. Also told them I had a noise and maybe it was the exhaust and of course they came out and said yes your exhaust is loose when it wasnt the exhaust at all but the heat shield that was rattling! Worst ever!

Every one was friendly and professional. Seemed like management was respectful to their employees. They gave me options. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me services I don't need. I'm a woman and felt respected in that environment which can be rare.

Overcharge on all their parts and don?t allow customers to bring in the exact same part if they can get it for 20% of what they want to overcharge.
