I would've appreciated them going through the courtesy check with me. I couldn't understand most of the markings on it because it was a carbon copy & illegible.

I really dislike going to have my car service but the guys at Midas was so professional and honest about what needed to be done to my car. I was very pleased with the services I received and would recommend this place to anyone I know.

"My daughter had her oil changed. 2 weeks later the splash shield is dragging under her car. She duct taped it so that it was not dragging and drove to the shop. The splash plate was damaged and she was told ""it was like that when she came in"". asked about missing screws that hold up splash plate. Response was that, well, we must not have tightened them up when we were done and they fell out. Denied that the damage to the splash plate was the result of the failure to properly secure plate and the resulting dragging from it falling off. Tech was very derogatory to my daughter. Manager was of no assistance. 1 star because required to add a star to submit."

Midas needs to correct their online appointment scheduling. They should stop scheduling an hour before close. Employees are doing an awesome job.

They had me waste my money to have it towed there, and they knew they wasn't going to trouble shoot the problem. I gave them full detail of my issue.

I feel like the price was extremely high but In fairness they did try to make it cheaper by just fixing one issue instead of doing the whole brake system I appreciate the fact that they did what they did

I paid $629.00 for repairs that did not fix the problem I was having with the brakes. I took my vehicle to Midas in Brownsburg ( close to where I broke down) they diagnosed the problem correctly this time(I hope)at a cost of about $479.00 This Midas would
