The manager got back to me in a timely manner after scheduling an appointment online. Although there was no one available when I arrived at my appointment to check me in, which was confusing, I was happy with the clear communication, once I was checked in. I went to lunch and upon returning, my muffler was replaced for an amount less than I was anticipating.
