Brakes were repaired in the time expected and an unexpected discovery with the emergency brake was resolved within the original time frame. I was kept informed during the repair time.

Super easy to make appointment, get checked in to drop car off. Nice people working there to get the car all set.

Service is good overall.The only delay is communication between protect my car extended maintenance insurance and midas when it comes to prompt payment.I always just pay out of pocket then have to wait until midas finally puts the money back on my debit card.That usually takes more time than actual maintenance or repairs.
