I spoke with Neil through the entire process of having my car looked at and certain things fixed. He was very helpful and honest about everything. They are a little pricey but they do great work!

Scott and his staff did an excellent job on my 2004 Grand Marquis! Scott went over everything that was checked and done including electrical system, complete oil change and filling of fluids, and showing me that the rear shocks needed replacement eventually. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service at the Midas location, 1230 S. Green Bay Rd., Racine, Wi. 53406 that was given on Sept. 13, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. John and Rick were thorough, professional and very helpful. You can tell they take customer service to heart. At the end of the service, the key stuck in the ignition and a door randomly lost power. Without any issue, they resolved both of these problems and explained what they found. It's difficult to find good customer service these days. I'll be taking my vehicle back to these guys FOR SURE!
