It was easy to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The person who checked me in was very professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about the make of my car. There wasn't any persistent up-selling like I usually get at other car service places I've been to.

The counter person was extremely friendly and I felt like he understood my need for a quick oil change. I would have liked it better if we would have discussed whether to use full synthetic or a synthetic blend (we've used the blend in the past with good success), but I wasn't given the choice. I did ask for the tires to be inflated to 38 pounds and they were inflated to 36 pounds. Not sure why they didn't do what I asked. I was kept well informed as to the progress on the vehicle and they didn't try and upsell me anything that I didn't need.

They were able to get my truck in pretty quick and were able to start diagnosis on it. Then they found some things out that were wrong with it in better detail and working together to fix them.
